Full job description

  • Supervise daily F&B operations (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation flow.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all F&B outlets.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
  • Train, and supervise F&B staff.
  • Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations.
  • Foster teamwork, motivation, and staff development.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure discipline within the team.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
  • Regularly interact with guests to obtain feedback and improve service.
  • Promote F&B outlets and special events to increase customer engagement.

Qualification:

  • Masters / Bachelor in Degree in Hotel Management
  • 3-5 Years experience in F&B as senior profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
