  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of menus, specials, and promotions
  • Assisting in the hiring, training, and supervision of F&B staff
  • Assisting in the management of inventory, purchasing, and cost control
  • Assisting in the analysis of financial reports and making recommendations for improvements
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers
  • Assisting in the management of the dining room, including seating arrangements and guest complaints
  • Assisting in the scheduling of staff and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times
  • Assisting in the monitoring of food quality and presentation
  • Assisting in the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area
  • Assisting in the enforcement of all health and safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
