About the Role
Elovient is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise client acquisition and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic, consultative seller who can navigate complex sales cycles, build lasting executive relationships, and position Elovient as a trusted digital transformation partner. It is a client-facing position and part of the company's core team, with opportunities for growth into future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute structured outreach programs to expand Elovient's enterprise client base.
• Lead end-to-end business development: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure.
• Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials to support client acquisition.
• Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring consistency and predictability in revenue outcomes.
• Represent Elovient in client forums, industry events, and executive-level discussions, including opportunities involving advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and robotics.
Candidate Profile
• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise business development or account management in IT, SaaS, or consulting.
• Proven success in winning and executing large-scale engagements; experience with government-linked projects is advantageous.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology-enabled opportunities.
• Based in Mumbai and available for full-time work from office.
