Receptionist cum Admin Officer (Male)

Location: Katai Naka Junction, Shilphata Kalyan Road, Dombivli, opposite HP Petrol Pump, next to Fahad Auto, East, Palava City, Thane, Maharashtra 421204, India

Work Timings: Sunday to Saturday, Monday Off

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused male candidate to join our car detailing studio. As the first point of contact, you will represent the studio professionally to all customers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role combines customer service, administration, and operational support, making it a key position in the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls, WhatsApp and chat messages promptly and professionally.
  • Handle social media queries and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Track and manage inventory, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with suppliers if needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the owner.
  • Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
  • Assist in planning and organizing studio events or promotions when required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide support wherever needed.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Customer-friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
