About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition professional specializing in tech hiring to join our team. In this role, you will lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, working closely with engineering and product teams to attract top talent. You will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions including software engineers, DevOps, QA, data scientists, and other Tech roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across various channels.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Skills

  • Expertise in full-cycle technical recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical talent platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor recruitment teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Understanding of diversity hiring best practices.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for software development, DevOps, QA, and other technical roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
