Job Model: Remote in nature. For candidates in Delhi & Bangalore, it will be Hybrid model.

Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Content QA Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our video production, graphic design, and e-learning materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, quality analysis, and fixing content issues. They should be adept at understanding and implementing storyboard elements for courses and scripts for videos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on e-learning videos, courses, and assessments to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, branding adherence, and script/storyboard alignment.

2. Instructional Design: Develop and implement instructional design strategies, including storyboarding, scripting, and proofreading, as part of the quality control process to create effective and engaging e-learning content.

3. Video Production: Oversee and verify the quality of video production, ensuring it meets our standards for content and visual appeal.

4. Graphic Design: Ensure all graphic design elements within the content are high quality and align with brand guidelines.

5. E-learning Development: Collaborate with the content creation team to develop and refine e-learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and accurate.

6. Storyboard and Script Analysis: Understand and evaluate storyboard elements and scripts, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

7. Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools and software for content creation, quality control, and fixing issues as they arise.

8. Content Development: Assist in creating high-quality content for videos, graphics, PPTs, and online courses, leveraging your skills in video production, graphic design, and e-learning.

Qualifications:

Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and e-learning content creation.
  
• Strong background in quality control and content accuracy.
  
• Hands-on experience with content creation and fixing issues.
  
• Proficiency with tools and software related to video production, graphic design, and e-learning.
  
• Excellent understanding of storyboard elements and video scripting.
  
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency and branding guidelines.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Important Skills: Instructional design storyboarding, proofreading, scripting.
  

Tools Proficiency:

• Video & Graphic: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign.
  
• E-learning Tools: Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia.
  
• AI Tools: Synthesia, Heygen, ChatGPT.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within Education, EdTech, Animation, Media, Journalism, or KMS industry.
  

Certification or Diploma in Creative Arts, Video Production, Graphic Design, Animation, and Instruction
