HealthMinds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Medical Tagging Specialist to support our global medical communication projects. The role involves annotation, referencing, and compliance checking of scientific and promotional materials for pharma and healthcare clients.

You'll work closely with medical writers, reviewers, and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
· Annotate LBLs, slide decks, brochures, emails, IVAs as per referencing and regulatory submission guidelines

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with AMA/Vancouver styles and client MLR requirements

· Develop & maintain referencing trackers and databases for global/local projects

· Conduct QC checks on references and annotations before final submission

· Liaise with writers, reviewers, creatives, and PMTs for annotation and referencing alignment

· Support process improvement initiatives for efficiency and compliance

· Draft research summaries, patient-friendly content, visual aids, video scripts, and branded/non-branded assets.

Qualifications [Must Have]
· Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacology, or related field

· 2+ years' experience in scientific writing, content development, or medical communications

·
Proven experience with branded pharma content & omnichannel assets
· Strong annotation, referencing, and compliance expertise

·
Veeva experience
and
comfort working in US/UK shifts
· Strong grammar, storytelling, and medical writing structure

· Excellent research, referencing, and communication skills

· Familiarity with IVAs, emailers, brochures, and digital formats

· Strong attention to detail with structured feedback delivery.
