HealthMinds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Medical Writer to join our growing scientific communication team.

This role involves developing, reviewing, and annotating high-quality medical and scientific content across marketing, clinical, and regulatory formats. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy, compliance with MLR guidelines, and effective brand communication.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and review content for emails,
CLMs, websites, videos, webinars, slide decks, brochures, and eDetails

·      Perform medical review and referencing/annotation on
Veeva Vault PromoMats

·      Provide intellectual input through literature search and client asset analysis

·      Communicate complex clinical/scientific data in clear HCP, patient, and consumer formats

·      Collaborate with creative and technology teams to deliver digital medical solutions

·      Participate in client pitches, strategy meetings, and business development initiatives

·      Mentor junior writers and ensure quality delivery for client engagement and growth.

Qualifications (Must Have)

·      Proven experience in medical writing, scientific content, and MLR-reviewed deliverables

·      Strong understanding of
Veeva Vault PromoMats & regulatory submission workflows

·      
Experience across therapy areas
(oncology, respiratory, cardiology, dermatology, vaccines, nephrology, rare diseases, infectious diseases)

·      Ability to develop
brand content across lifecycle stages

·      Excellent English (written & verbal), analytical skills, and scientific methodology understanding

·      Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

·      
Willingness to work in rotational US/UK shifts

·      Work from office (no remote/hybrid).
