Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
US IT Technical Recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our US-based clients. You will work closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from US clients and create effective job postings.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, visa status, availability, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; manage the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Negotiate salary rates and close candidates within budget.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop relationships with candidates for long-term engagement and potential future opportunities.
  • Stay updated with US market trends, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in
    US IT recruitment
    .
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms and visa types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work
    US night shifts
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with
    MSP/VMS clients
    .
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
