About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for both our India and US centers, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions across different levels and technologies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for US and India-based positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical/non-technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record of successful hiring for software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, sales, marketing and other IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience in hiring for both US and India markets with understanding of time zones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
