Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 6 to 9 months of experience in core HR functions. You will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Track and manage attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Address routine employee queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 9 months of hands-on experience in an HR or similar administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
