Job Description

  • Regulatory Compliance.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate changes to management and relevant teams.
  • Facilitate timely renewals of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.
  • Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all policies reflect current laws and industry best practices.
  • Monitoring & Auditing.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps.
  • Maintain compliance checklists and audit schedules.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified issues.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in business operations.
  • Monitor third-party compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
  • Promote awareness of ethical standards, anti-corruption policies, and corporate governance principles.
  • Documentation & Reporting.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Regulatory Liaison.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate timely submissions of statutory reports.
