Job Description
- Regulatory Compliance.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate changes to management and relevant teams.
- Facilitate timely renewals of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.
- Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all policies reflect current laws and industry best practices.
- Monitoring & Auditing.
- Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps.
- Maintain compliance checklists and audit schedules.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in business operations.
- Monitor third-party compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
- Promote awareness of ethical standards, anti-corruption policies, and corporate governance principles.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Regulatory Liaison.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate timely submissions of statutory reports.
