Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process — job posting, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances professionally.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain a healthy organizational culture.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and execute performance appraisal systems.
  • Work with managers to set KPIs and monitor employee performance.
  • Identify and address training and development needs.

4. Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer employee benefits, incentives, and performance-based rewards.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews.
  • Plan and coordinate skill development and leadership programs.
  • Maintain records of training and monitor outcomes.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain HR metrics (attrition, headcount, attendance, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports to management on HR performance indicators.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and strategies.
