Position: HR – Recruitment & Admin

Shift Time: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Location: Dev Auram Commercial, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for admin requirements (office supplies, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR portals.
  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
