About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.
  • Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support HR audits and policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
