Job Overview: The Network Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals to build a strong referral network for Ayursiha Hospital. The role focuses on promoting Ayursiha's specialized treatment services and wellness programs to increase patient referrals and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong network of referring doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, and wellness practitioners. Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions to present Ayursiha's treatment facilities and patient care services. Build strategic relationships with referral partners and ensure consistent engagement through meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Organize doctor meets, awareness programs, and hospital tours to strengthen the referral network. Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and service for referred patients. Maintain a database of all referral sources and track performance through regular reporting. Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and community outreach programs. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for patient referrals and network expansion. Collect feedback from referring doctors and patients to improve hospital service experience. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharma marketing, or healthcare business development (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust-based professional relationships. Good knowledge of local healthcare providers and networks. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Willingness to travel locally for marketing and networking activities. Salary & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives (based on referral conversions).
