Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist with professional expertise in rehabilitation field to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in clients as well as hearing aid sales by establishing rapport with doctors, hospitals, clinics, playschools and other institutions. The candidate will act as effective interface between our clinic and outside agencies/ institutions. Also, the candidate will be responsible in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential client's/ business partners, for which career growth opportunities are assured. Candidate will play vital role in developing marketing strategies both online as well as offline mode. Basic computer and internet knowledge essential. Candidates who are PROACTIVE and GOAL ORIENTED preferred.

Looking for a dynamic and self-driven marketing executive with a strong background in medical field to join our rehabilitation marketing team. The ideal candidate can have previous experience in either Pharmacology or health related sector, and passionate about driving outreach and building professional relationship.

Educational qualifications:

Graduation in science, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

§ Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.

§ Experience in Healthcare marketing, Hospital relations and sales.

§ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

§ Practical understanding of medical terminology, and Healthcare marketing strategies.

Required skills:

At least one year experience in marketing in hospital/ medical sector, or as medical representative.

Freshers are also invited.

Self-driven and must have passion in marketing profession.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

Persuasive and confident approach with good knowledge of local Healthcare providers and medical network.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset,

Ability to work independently and in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales and promotion: Promote hearing devices two Healthcare professionals including ENT specialists and clinics.

2. Relationship building: Maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals', hospitals and clinics.

3. Public Relations and outreach: Represent the centre at health camps, awareness drives and local events.

4. Marketing and branding: Drive digital and offline campaigns like paper insertions, outdoor camps to raise awareness and promote our services.

5. Administrative duties: Manage customer databases and follow on leads and opportunities.

HEARING AID SALES AND PROMOTION:

Successful candidate will play pivotal role in promoting our Hearing Healthcare Services and Products, patient/ client inflow, nurture building strong relationship with healthcare professional's and Our centre, and also with ENT doctors, hospitals and other Healthcare providers ensuring seamless communication and Service Delivery.

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, basic internet and social media networking.
