who can be the voice of Blinkpic and build strong relationships with our users.

What you'll do:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and empathy

Assist photographers & clients in using Blinkpic for their events

Collect feedback to improve user experience

Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups


What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills in English + regional languages (bonus if Hindi/Gujarati)

Good listening, patience, and problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in customer support / call handling preferred

A positive attitude and willingness to grow with a startup
