Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Surat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product/service information, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Handle inbound queries and resolve customer questions effectively.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for field sales teams when required.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Polite, confident, and able to handle rejections positively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
