Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic customer calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Conduct marketing activities, including reaching out to potential buyers and supporting sales initiatives.
- Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Draft and respond to basic emails for customer and vendor communication.
- Prepare and manage invoices using computer tools or billing software.
- Collect and maintain buyer data, ensuring proper organization and accuracy.
- Support day-to-day office operations as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or local language as required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, internet usage).
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
- Basic understanding of email writing and etiquette.
- Time management and basic administrative skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
