VacMode Travels is a growing international travel company based in Mohali (Chandigarh Tricity). We specialize in creating customized travel experiences for clients across the globe. We are seeking energetic, sharp, and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team in the following roles:

B2B Manager | Salary: ₹5–7 LPA | Location: Mohali, Chandigarh (Tricity)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to spearhead our B2B partnerships and drive revenue through travel agent networks and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in travel industry B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with B2B travel agents, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and other international suppliers.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and packages with partners to secure competitive deals and margins.
  • Expand the B2B sales network across regions and consistently achieve (or exceed) revenue targets.
  • Represent VacMode at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand presence and forge new partnerships.
  • Monitor B2B sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports and adjusting strategies to meet targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales or business development within the travel industry (required). Prior experience managing travel agent or DMC partnerships is a must.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; confident in engaging with high-level industry partners.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
