Onetouch, a leading provider of smart home security solutions, offers a variety of products including video door phones, digital door locks, alarm sensors, video doorbells, and IP phones to ensure maximum security and convenience.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and account management. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, managing sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the security solutions sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
