Job Summary:
The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating kitchen fittings, hardware products, and accessories, and ensuring successful sales conversions. The role focuses on providing product knowledge, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements for kitchen fittings, hardware, and accessories.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, quality, and pricing.
Assist customers in product selection based on design, budget, and functionality.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up for closures.
Maintain and update the product display, catalogs, and samples in the showroom.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the design/installation team for customer orders.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain proper sales records and generate daily/weekly sales reports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of kitchen fittings, hardware, furniture accessories, or interior products preferred.
Customer service-oriented approach.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work with design teams and understand technical product details.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 1–4 years of showroom sales experience (kitchen, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, furniture, or interiors). Freshers with excellent communication and interest in sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
