**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences in ceramics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ceramic products, including styles, finishes, and care instructions.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized, arranging displays and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up on inquiries and providing after-sales support.
- Track sales performance and assist in inventory management, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Work closely with the management team to develop promotional strategies and enhance the customer experience.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in retail sales, preferably in home decor, ceramics, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for ceramics and design, with the ability to educate customers about products.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
