In-house Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Showroom Support
· Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile designs, sizes, and finishes.
· Show product samples, catalogs.
· Maintain product display, sample racks, and showroom cleanliness.
- Sales Coordination
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales estimates.
· Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments.
· Coordinate order booking, delivery schedules, and dispatch instructions.
· Maintain and update customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain customer database (in Excel/software).
· Prepare daily sales report and share with management.
· Ensure proper billing, documentation, and filing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales (preferably in tiles, ceramics)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of tiles and building materials preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
