Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Head
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving residential flat sales, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth booking-to-possession experience for clients. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital inquiries, brokers, and referrals.
Follow up on prospective leads and maintain a strong sales funnel.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential customers.
Explain project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment options.
Sales Conversion:
Negotiate and finalize sales deals.
Ensure timely completion of booking formalities and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain good relations with customers throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Coordinate with CRM and Finance teams for payment follow-ups and possession support.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Keep track of competitor projects, pricing trends, and market developments.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions.
Coordination & Reporting:
Update daily sales reports and share progress with the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of real estate market and residential projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably residential projects)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
