Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving residential flat sales, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth booking-to-possession experience for clients. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Follow-up:

  2. Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital inquiries, brokers, and referrals.

  3. Follow up on prospective leads and maintain a strong sales funnel.

  4. Client Meetings & Presentations:

  5. Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential customers.

  6. Explain project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment options.

  7. Sales Conversion:

  8. Negotiate and finalize sales deals.

  9. Ensure timely completion of booking formalities and documentation.

  10. Customer Relationship Management:

  11. Maintain good relations with customers throughout the sales and post-sales process.

  12. Coordinate with CRM and Finance teams for payment follow-ups and possession support.

  13. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  14. Keep track of competitor projects, pricing trends, and market developments.

  15. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions.

  16. Coordination & Reporting:

  17. Update daily sales reports and share progress with the Sales Manager.

  18. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of real estate market and residential projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably residential projects)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
