Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role located in Nashik. The responsibility includes leading a sales team to achieve branch goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, analyze market trends, and drive revenue growth by identifying business development opportunities, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales leadership, team management, and the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and business development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and implement effective plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage branch operations effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant financial tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent; prior experience in financial services or real estate sectors is advantageous
