We are expanding our team and inviting applications for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our real estate sales operations across Nashik and surrounding growth corridors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for
    Farmhouse
    and
    N.A. Plot Projects
    .
  • Manage high-value client negotiations and property closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investors, buyers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaign conversions and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and investor meetings.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and sales forecasts.
  • Mentor and motivate the team for consistent high performance.
  • Strengthen broker networks and maintain long-term client relationships.


Requirements

  • 8–10 years
    of proven experience in real estate sales (plotted development or residential projects preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of
    Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune
    property markets.
  • Experience managing sales teams and meeting ambitious targets.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools
    , WhatsApp Business, and Excel.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate
    in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in
    English, Hindi, and Marathi
    (preferred).
