About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to handle our brand s online presence. The role includes developing content strategies, managing posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance to improve social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
  • Monitor online conversations and respond to queries or comments.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets.
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly analytics reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns (preferred).
  • Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
