*What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like:*

• Providing assistance by telephone to customers and business partners concerning product deliveries, returns, and exchanges. 50%
• Diagnosing assessing and resolving problems or issues timely within the established Level of Service. 10%
• Providing excellent customer service. 15%
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. 10%
• Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders. 15%

And other tasks as assigned.

*What You'll Need To Excel:*

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• 1 year of experience in transportation and logistics.
• Bi-lingual English
• Basic Computer Skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.
• Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
