Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategies for paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
- Campaign Management: Oversee daily operations, from ad creation to budget management, ensuring campaigns meet objectives.
- Content & Design: Direct or create advertising content and promotional offers for different platforms and campaigns.
- Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and website analytics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Control advertising budgets to manage expenses and ensure profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, web development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online operations and customer experience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM (PPC), email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on improving the customer experience and understanding customer behavior to enhance the overall shopping journey.
