Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for the Head of eCommerce – Marketplaces – Entrepreneur in Residence. The individual will be responsible for driving the company's eCommerce growth from 50Cr to 200Cr in revenue. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, managing sales targets, overseeing e-commerce operations, project management, and utilizing web analytics to enhance strategic decisions. Collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent growth, the role requires in-depth knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Web Analytics proficiency
- Expertise in Sales and E-Commerce operations
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
- Previous experience in the Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
