Role Overview

As an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)
, you will work directly with the
Founder and Leadership Team
to conceptualize, build, and scale new business verticals, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

This is a
high-autonomy, high-impact role
— perfect for someone who wants to experience what it's like to build a startup within a startup.

You'll wear multiple hats — part strategist, part operator, part innovator — driving execution from ideation to measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Founder to identify and incubate new business lines and growth opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of key projects — from strategy design to market rollout.
  • Conduct deep market and consumer research to identify new service categories, revenue models, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams to drive execution velocity.
  • Design business models, define KPIs, and track performance across verticals.
  • Represent Nynii in strategic partnerships, ecosystem alliances, and investor discussions when required.
  • Build and lead small project teams to deliver initiatives that align with Nynii's long-term vision.

Ideal Profile

  • Some of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, venture building, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to move from high-level strategy to ground execution.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and bias toward action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for technology-driven social impact and creating value at scale.
