Role OverviewWe're looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to work directly with the Business Head on Luna's next growth chapter. This role sits at the intersection of global creator growth, affiliate program management, and strategic research — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, blends analytical and creative instincts, and wants to help build a global consumer brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities1. Build an In-house Content agency
Build and scale Luna's Global Creator Network — identify, onboard, and manage creators across health, fitness, tech, and lifestyle segments in the US, EU, Middle East, and Asia.
Manage ongoing relationships, campaigns, and performance dashboards for creator and affiliate accounts.
Design reward structures, performance metrics, and engagement loops for long-term affiliate success.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth to design co-branded content and UGC strategies that align with Luna's science-first narrative.
2. Research & Strategy
Conduct deep-dive research on emerging creator economy trends, health-tech collaborations, and market-specific influencer ecosystems.
Support competitive and market analyses across wearables, health data, and AI wellness products.
Assist in preparing investor materials, partnership proposals, and strategic reports with data-backed insights.
3. Special Projects & Cross-Functional Execution
Work directly with Business Head on fast-moving projects spanning creator analytics, business growth experiments, and community engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, CX, and AI) to operationalise new initiatives.
Prototype ideas and frameworks for new business experiments — from limited-edition collabs to micro-affiliate pilots and creator-led launches.
Early-stage operator, top 4 consultant, or ex-founder — someone who thrives on ambiguity and ownership.
Analytical fluency — able to synthesise insights from data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; capable of managing external creators with empathy and clarity.
Passion for wellness, tech, and human performance is a major plus.
2–4 years of work experience; fresh graduates with some solid life-experiences will also be considered.
You'll join a tight, global team at the forefront of wearable innovation, with full visibility into how products, creators, and users connect to build a movement. This role offers direct mentorship from leadership, exposure to global growth operations, and the freedom to turn insights into initiatives that shape Luna's next phase.
