About the Role

We're looking for a driven, visionary, and hands-on Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building things from the ground up, and wants to shape the next big idea into a scalable business.

As an EIR, you'll work closely with our leadership team to identify high-potential business opportunities, validate ideas, and lead them from concept to launch. You'll have access to our resources, network, and expertise — while enjoying the freedom to experiment, innovate, and build.

What You'll Do:

  • Research, validate, and develop new business ideas aligned with the company's mission and market trends.
  • Build business models, go-to-market strategies, and early traction experiments.
  • Work with internal teams (product, marketing, design, tech, operations) to prototype and test new products.
  • Pitch validated ideas to leadership or investors for funding and scaling.
  • Take ownership of one or more projects, acting as the founder/CEO during the incubation phase.
  • Identify key partnerships, recruit early team members, and set the foundation for future growth.
  • Continuously analyze metrics and feedback to iterate on ideas and improve performance.

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial experience (either as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage builder).
  • Strategic thinker who can turn vague ideas into structured, actionable plans.
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an experimental approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, uncertain environments where creativity and initiative matter most.
  • Passionate about innovation, startups, and creating real-world impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in startups, business strategy, or product management.
  • Prior experience launching or scaling a business/product.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, fundraising, and growth tactics.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, or related fields (optional but preferred).
