Gignaati is an AI Academy and marketplace working with leading tech giants to revolutionize how businesses and learners embrace AI Agents. Role Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader—a builder, operator, and innovator—to join us as our first Entrepreneur in Residence. In this founder-level position, you will:

  • Lead the rapid design and deployment of new AI Agent automation initiatives and business experiments across education and enterprise domains
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to scout and launch product pilots, partnerships, and revenue-generating projects
  • Drive 0-to-1 growth—move quickly from ideation to prototype to scale
  • Champion cross-functional projects that span product, marketing, sales, and platform development
  • Own and deliver high-impact outcomes, from building proofs-of-concept to refining the AI marketplace and academy experience

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, validate, and execute new business opportunities leveraging AI agent technology
  • Develop and iterate automation workflows (N8N, LLMs, API integrations, no-code tools)
  • Work closely with strategic partners viz Universities, AI PC OEMs and customers
  • Craft business cases, new products, and go-to-market experiments
  • Track KPIs, report on progress, and share learnings with the Gignaati team

What We're Looking For:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action—demonstrated in previous startup, product owner, or builder roles
  • Technical comfort with AI tools, workflow automations (no code/low code/agentic platforms)
  • Experience launching products or business lines from scratch, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or AI
  • Strong project management, hustle, creativity, and business acumen
  • Excellent strategic communication, adaptability, and cross-functional leadership
  • Passion for AI, agentic automation, and future of work/learning

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with early stage, negotiable)
  • upto 5% equity (vesting over 4 years, 1 year cliff)
