o   Master's in Disaster Management, Environmental Studies, or related field

o   Master's in Disaster Management or Rural Development, or related field

o   Minimum 3 years of experience in participatory rural appraisal, community mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.

o   Demonstrated expertise in facilitating grassroots consultations capacity building programs in DRR and integrating community perspectives into disaster risk management planning.

o   Skilled in designing and implementing inclusive, gender-sensitive engagement strategies for disaster preparedness and resilience building.

o   Familiarity with multi-sectoral coordination and working with government, NGOs, and local bodies in hilly and remote regions/ Disaster affected regions

3.     Technology & Innovation Specialist (Mobile App)

o   Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

o   Over 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on user-centric design and accessibility.

o   Proven ability to design and implement multilingual, offline-capable mobile solutions for rural and remote communities.

o   At least 2 years of experience working in the Northeast region of India, preferably Meghalaya, with a strong understanding of Dashboards/mobile apps in community management or climate change or Disaster management projects.

o   Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, wireframing, and user flow development for diverse user groups

4.     Insurance & Financial Inclusion Expert

o  Minimum 7 years of experience in microinsurance, risk financing, or financial inclusion, financial modelling particularly in rural and underserved communities.

o  Proven experience in conducting community-level risk assessments, socio-economic profiling, and financial behavior analysis.

o  Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate community-based insurance models, including feasibility studies and coverage mapping.

o  Familiarity with climate and disaster risk financing mechanisms, especially in the context of vulnerable populations.
