Position: PGT – Mathematics (Classes 9 to 12)

Location: BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for classes 9 to 12 in alignment with CBSE curriculum standards.
• Develop creative teaching methods to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
• Prepare students for Board Examinations with focused guidance and support.
• Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school activities.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and parent–teacher interactions.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE/ICSE preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
