Position: Vice Principal

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Experience: 5–8 years of proven leadership experience in a reputed CBSE school

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations, administration, and academic management
• Support and mentor teaching staff to ensure academic excellence
• Coordinate between departments to maintain smooth functioning of the school
• Implement and monitor CBSE curriculum and compliance standards
• Lead initiatives for school growth, discipline, and community engagement

Qualification Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Science or English
• B.Ed (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
