Job Opening – Academic Session 2026–2027

Position: NCERT Chemistry Teacher (Class 11–12)

Location: BDW International School, Shillong, Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for Classes 11 & 12 (NCERT curriculum).
• Prepare students for board examinations with a strong conceptual foundation and problem-solving skills.
• Design assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.
• Mentor and guide students in academic as well as co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with CBSE/NCERT syllabus and exam pattern.
