Ratan Industries Ltd. has over 30 years of expertise in the Iron and Steel industry, specializing in the manufacturing of various grades of casting, S.G Iron, C.I. Casting, and special alloy casting for sectors such as Automotive, Tractors, and Heavy Construction. We are ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 14000 certified, well-versed in international metal grades like ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, and JIS. Our world-class manufacturing facility is in Agra, spanning 20,000 square meters with 100,000 square feet of built-up area, and a dedicated workforce of 300 employees, allowing an annual production capacity of 15,000 metric tons.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nehru Place for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing accounts, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring targets are met. The role includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with other departments, and participating in strategic planning for business growth.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
