As a Quickbase Developer at Superleap, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven workflows, automations, and integrations on low code no code platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, implementation specialists, and clients—to deliver scalable and intelligent workflow solutions that solve real-world business problems.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining low-code development with custom scripting (JavaScript / APIs) and leveraging AI tools to create smarter, more adaptive business processes.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

Workflow Design & Customization

  • Configure and customize applications using low code no code platform to meet client-specific business needs.
  • Build AI-enhanced workflow automations Pipelines, APIs, and third-party connectors.
  • Develop custom logic, scripts, and UI extensions for more advanced workflow capabilities.

Integration & Automation Development

  • Integrate with external systems (e.g., email, data pipelines, whatsapp, analytics) via APIs and webhooks.
  • Implement AI-powered workflow automations for tasks like data classification, recommendations, and document processing.
  • Create reusable connectors and automation templates to accelerate implementation.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

  • Work with business analysts and implementation specialists to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
  • Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows and production environments.
  • Participate in peer reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to raise the engineering bar.

Product & Platform Enablement

  • Contribute reusable scripts, AI models, and workflow templates to Superleap's internal libraries.
  • Collaborate with platform and product teams to recommend enhancements for scalability and AI readiness.
  • Ensure solutions are modular, maintainable, and extensible for long-term client success.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of Quickbase development experience, including Pipelines, formulas, and app customization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Experience building automation workflows and integrating SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their role in enterprise solutions.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT, ML APIs, AI-based automation frameworks).
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code/scripts.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with minimal supervision.
