Account Researcher

Quickbase provides a cloud-based platform for creating business applications.

The platform offers low-code development, integration, and workflow orchestration. Quickbase also supports prototyping and application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth account research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Research target accounts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Identify influencers, personas, and relevant stakeholders within accounts.
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to gather data.
  • Enrich CRM records with accurate and up-to-date contact details, job titles, and organizational insights.
  • Segment and prioritize accounts based on company size, industry, and strategic importance.
  • Prioritize accounts based on intent data, engagement triggers, or other signals provided by marketing or RevOps.
  • Provide detailed account insights: recent news, company initiatives, tech stack, mergers/acquisitions, and leadership changes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting criteria and deliver actionable account lists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales research, market research, or account enrichment roles.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience working with CRMs and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
