Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and enriching data from various sources to support business growth and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and enrichment via B2B data suppliers or bespoke solutions
  • Profile accuracy checks using publicly available data
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams on data strategy, utilization, and performance
  • Delivery of data health KPIs to demonstrate marketing return on investment
  • DATABASE maintenance and enhancement to improve efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Enterprise-grade database system expertise
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data transformation, investigation, and analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • B2B marketing data management and manipulation understanding
  • Audience knowledge of marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other CRM systems
  • Analytical approach to B2B marketing data
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of third-party data sources like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Salesintel, Demandbase
