Job Title: Strategic Business Alliances Manager

Quickbase is seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Alliances Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of our platform through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Conversion: Collaborate with business development teams to manage joint engagements, providing expertise in sales cycles.
  • Develop New Business: Identify new opportunities through discussions with customers and prospects, evaluating their needs and formulating winning strategies.
  • Partner for Success: Work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth sales cycles and engagement, realizing immediate and increasing business value from continuous growth of solutions for partner customers.
  • Improve the Buyer Journey: Gain deep understanding of prospective partners and tailor presentations and workshops to refine the engagement process.
  • Ensure Best Practices: Work with key stakeholders to implement Quickbase in the optimal manner within the customer IT landscape for long-term success.
  • Enable Customer Success: Drive increased adoption and usage by understanding business drivers, identifying additional use cases, and guiding operational excellence at customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in business management or technical consulting.
  • Established relationships at all partner levels, from C-suite to individual contributors.
  • General working knowledge of ERP solutions, relational databases, SQL, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud-based platforms and programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, etc.
  • Experience working with large Global System Integrators.
  • Blend of business and technical education, typically MBA with Engineering or Project Management background, Six Sigma / Lean, etc.
  • Understanding and experience defining and managing to key metrics, including financial targets, industry-standard metrics, and stakeholder KPIs.
  • Experience building and managing Quickbase applications as an added bonus.
