As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of our platform by working directly with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and industry insights to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation of our platform.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in software development or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Quickbase and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach complex problems from different angles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

You will also need to have a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Business degree preferred) and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
