Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate to support and manage our online sales operations across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a D2C, B2C, or B2B product-based e-commerce setupexperience with Unicommerce is mandatory.

Youll be responsible for day-to-day backend operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and accurate product listings across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Logistics Management

  • Process and update daily orders from our website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
  • Ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and coordination with courier partners.
  • Generate shipping labels, handle returns/RTOs, and resolve delivery issues.

Unicommerce & Inventory Management

  • Handle all operations within Unicommerce including inventory syncing, order flow, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels across platforms and coordinate with warehouse/production teams for replenishment.
  • Track and update dispatch status, stock movements, and product availability.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and update product listings with accurate information: descriptions, images, pricing, sizing, etc.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to reflect promotional updates and new launches.

Operations Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Maintain daily reports for dispatch, inventory, and order tracking.
  • Track logistics performance, payment reconciliation (COD/prepaid), and assist in reducing RTOs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Unicommerce and Amazon Listing is a must candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, and shipping aggregator like Shiprocket etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and evolving processes.
