We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and our e-commerce platforms.
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Continuously strive to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- **Qualifications**_**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing principles, and online consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in excel tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
