Isak Fragrances is looking for a Marketplace Associate /Executive who is dynamic, flexible, smart and analytical, execution-focused, hungry, and passionate about e-commerce marketplace who has a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1) Manage Marketplace Catalog and ensure it is updated according to the company product portfolio.
2) Update and maintain sales trackers across all channels.
3) Be the SPOC for all the activities related to the account - digital catalog creation, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
4) Optimize products on the marketplaces with suitable Keywords, Names/Titles, and Descriptions from SEO point.
5) Continuously increase revenue and the conversion rate of products.
6) Inventory Management - Responsible for uploading new Listings, editing existing listings, solving listing related problems on marketplaces on a weekly basis and ensuring catalog hygiene.
7) Collaborate and manage relationships with marketplace digital teams.
8) Own, Plan and execute administrative and strategic tasks across all assigned marketplace Amazon In, Flipkart,Myntra, Nykaa, purplle etc.
9) Create, manage and optimize our products listing, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues on marketplaces
10) Collaborate with marketing/ merchandising teams to execute brand marketing plans across all online portals
11) Analyze the performance across product lines, brand and SKUs
12 )Ensure timely order fulfillment by coordination with the supply chain team.
13) Manage complaints and reviews
14) Account management/ P & L management

**Preferred Requirements**:
1) 2 to 5 years of experience in any young and e
- commerce start-up.
2) Good at data management.
3) Sales & Account Management experience in e-commerce preferred.
4) Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,304.75 - ₹50,000.00 per month
