About the company:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Associate
with
hands-on experience in managing Flipkart operations
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace processes, product listings, order management, promotions, and seller panel activities specifically on Flipkart.

Key Responsbilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations on
    Flipkart Seller Central
    .
  • Create, update, and optimise
    product listings
    , images, titles, keywords, and A+ content.
  • Handle
    order processing, returns, cancellations, and replacements
    efficiently.
  • Monitor
    inventory levels
    , coordinate stock updates, and ensure product availability.
  • Run and manage
    ADS campaigns
    and monitor performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth order flow.
  • Track and analyse
    sales performance, ratings, reviews
    , and overall marketplace health.
  • Handle
    Flipkart-related escalations
    , tickets, and communications with the category manager.
  • Monitor
    pricing, competition, and buy-box status
    to ensure visibility and sales growth.
  • Support in planning
    promotions, deals, and events
    (Big Billion Day, etc.).

Requirement:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing
    Flipkart marketplace
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart seller panel tools, policies, and processes.
  • Good analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Experience in managing other marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, Myntra) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, pricing strategies, and content optimisation.
